Washington, D.C. – Following news that the Department of Justice sued to preemptively block the U.S. Senate result in Alaska if the Democrat wins, Cole Leiter, Executive Director of Americans Against Government Censorship, shared the following statement:

"Washington, DC is who got Alaska into this mess and now they're trying to tell Alaskans who's allowed to help them get out of it. They don't get to tell Alaska who goes on the ballot and they cannot hold our elections hostage if the candidate they like loses."
